This versatile universal flashing is designed to deliver a fast, dependable seal across a wide variety of corrugated roofing materials, including asphalt, plastic, tile, rubber, and metal (not intended for hot-mopped or built-up roofs). A self-sealing Step-Cone boot made from premium-grade E.P.D.M. provides outstanding durability and long-term resistance to ozone and UV exposure, helping it stand up to harsh weather year after year. The flexible aluminum-alloy rim conforms easily for a secure, form-fitting installation and offers excellent corrosion resistance, making it especially effective on ribbed metal roofs.

Built to maintain a permanent, weathertight seal, it remains reliable through expansion and contraction, vibration, and extreme conditions such as ice, snow, and hail. Installation is quick and straightforward—typically completed in about 10 minutes—and the flashing can be easily trimmed with a sharp knife or scissors to match a broad range of pipe diameters.
